NEW BUILDS
($3000 minimum)

  • Livable - $2.50 per square foot
  • Non-Livable - $0.50 per square foot
  • Site Plan - $500
  • Structural engineering is not included in the above price. Typically starts at $1.25 per square foot. When engineering is required, it is priced out after plans have been completed.

ADDITIONS/ REMODELS
($3000 minimum)

  • Added Livable - $3.50 per square foot.
  • Remodeled Livable - $2.50 per square foot.
  • Added Non-Livable - $0.50 per square foot.
  • Site Plan - $500
  • Field Visit -$250
  • Structural engineering is not included in the above price. Typically, $1.25 per square foot. When engineering is required, it is priced out after plans have been completed.

DETACHED GARAGE
($2000 minimum)

  • Site Plan - $500

EGINEERED RV GARAGE ($3400 minimum)

  • Site Plan - $500

WHEN REQUIRED

  • Grading and Drainage plan done by civil engineer is not included (per others)
  • Soils Report not included (per others)
  • Electrical calcs done by electrical engineer not included. Typically for 600-amp panel only (per others)

Changes are included in the draft stage until the owner gives final approval on the floor plan and elevations. After plans have been completed, any additional changes are $95 per hour. It is the responsibility of the owner or builder to submit the plans to the City/County. City/County redline corrections are included.
